Tuning in to your innate wisdom requires a one – on – one approach. Come to satori, experience wellness – one – on – one.
We will start with thorough examination of your current physical, mental and emotional state, talk about your family history, your diet, sleeping habits, your exercise routine and how you manage stress. From there we’ll put together your personal well-being program of diet, nutrition and a daily routine to balance your body and mind, reduce stress and improve digestion and sleep.

Think about it this way: everything that happened to you today; the cereal you had for breakfast, your morning drive to work, the argument with your boss, the phone call from your kid’s school, will all affect how you feel. The cold cereal you rushed to eat this morning might have left you feeling chilled and un-energetic, so you chased it with a double–double for a boost of energy. Driving in a frozen car down the icy road caused you to hold your breath and tighten your shoulders. As you were listening to the reprimand from your boss, you slouched your shoulders and sunk your chest even more. Your breath almost stopped when your child’s school phoned. And now it’s evening – your mind is racing, your chest is tight, your shoulders are sore and you can’t even think about food…
Now imagine going through this same process every day. Days turn into weeks, and a month or two down the road you find yourself in the doctor’s office complaining about your frozen shoulder, tension headaches, digestive issues and insomnia.
How frustrating is it to be seen as a collection of symptoms, rather than a human being?
What if you knew what the best breakfast for your body type is: hot cereal, fruit, or maybe a sandwich? What if you knew how to relax your muscles by simply using your breath? What if you knew how to respond to stress instead of reacting to it?
Ayurvedic approach to health is radically different from the conventional medical model. Instead of studying symptoms of disease, this holistic approach focuses on getting to know the person who is unwell. Ayurvedic programs work because they take into consideration all aspects of your life, no matter how insignificant they seem, to create a healing program as unique as you are.
