At Satori Yoga Studio we carefully blend few different styles to create a very unique experience. We use the foundation of Hatha Yoga, adding to it the vibrational qualities of the sound of Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga ( as taught by Deepak Chopra and David Simon, the founders of the Chopra Center in California) and sound bio-mechanical principles of yoga therapy ( developed by Susi Hatley Aldous, the founder of Functional Synergy Yoga Studio and rehabilitation center in Calgary). The outcome – a style of yoga that is safe and accessible and adaptable to anybody and any body; a style that is gentle enough and yet challenging enough.
Here are the schedule of current classes:
Beginner yoga: Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:30 PM.
Yoga, demystified. All questions answered, no stone left unturned. We start with the easy flowing joint-freeing series and slowly progress toward more advanced poses, while paying particular attention to breathing and alignment. Learn how to create a safe and nurturing practice while receiving all the great benefits yoga practice has to offer – increased flexibility, vitality and a sense of peace and calm.
Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga: Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:45 AM.
Created by the founders of the Chopra Center for Wellbeing Dr’s Deepak Chopra and David Simon, this style of yoga infuses your yoga practice with the spirit. Based on the international best seller “Seven Spiritual Laws of Success”, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga brings the basic laws of nature onto your yoga mat by weaving together the meditation, breathing, mantras and yoga poses. This class is open to all practitioners who want to deepen their understanding of the ancient roots, traditional practices and philosophical foundation of yoga. Beginners welcome!

Relax and Unwind classes: Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:45 to 9 PM
Soothing, nurturing and deeply meditative, Relax and Unwind practice is a perfect way to finish your day.
Therapeutic Yoga for Hips and Shoulders: Tuesdays from 5:45 to 7 PM and 7:30 to 8:45 PM and Fridays from 9:30 to 11 AM.
