Here are a few simple things to enhance your learning and practice of yoga:
~ Please be early to the class. If you arrive a few minutes late, take a breath, and quietly sit at the entrance until the eyes are open and movement or talking has begun. Unroll your mat and enter the class as quietly as you can.
~Stay for the whole class. If you need to leave early, please tell the teacher before hand and leave quietly before shavasana begins.
~ Refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, or strong essential oils.
~ Practice on an empty stomach (unless a specific condition prevents this)
~ Leave your cell phone in the car; this way you don’t have to remember to turn it off.
~ Let go of competitive mindset and practice at your own pace.
~ Finally, we finish our classes with gesture and saying Namaste. This means: “The Spirit in me honours the same Spirit in you”
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
~ Satori Yoga Studio will issue a full refund for cancellations made at least 10 days before the first class or workshop.
~ Cancellations made less then 10 days before the first class or workshop will receive a gift certificate or a studio credit to be used toward the class of your choice.
~ All payments become non-refundable 24 hours after the first class.
